As one does, sometimes one goes through an identity crisis and finds themselves lost, without direction, yet desire is somewhere there. And it’s not steered in any direction, because one doesn’t know what they want, especially since other peoples’ interests get mixed in with one’s opinions and beliefs. It haunted me for a very long time; this song helped me remind myself that I have to find my own desires and learn to distinguish between my own interests and those of others.
