This was the first SMOG song I ever heard thanks to an old friend from school. What a great thing to know and love. I don’t listen to this song much now to be honest. I listened to it the other day and joy flew through my body 😎

I heard the live version of this song first but the more gentle studio version is so lovely. I know some people don’t like Bill Callahan that much, but I feel like this is a perfect mix of his lovely vocal style and lyricism and the construction of a world within a song. Is this a song of love or hate? Nae fucking clue - just enjoy it! 😎
