If the question is; “why are you staring into outer space, crying?” then the answer must be because you never had a problem leaving. People come and go throughout your life and that’s just how it’s intended, but often we think back and question if leaving was the right decision at all. The name above a book shop, the bus stop en route to town, 3 letters buried within a registration plate and the name of an overpriced cheesecake at a restaurant; everything reminds me of her. Just because you came across it and lost it doesn’t mean that you should be spiteful, be happy that it happened and treasure what you had because one day if you’re lucky you might get to experience it all over again.
