mama loves this song so much ᥫ᭡ when she was partly bedridden in 2018, i was singing this song so loudly, and she was singing along! i was so shocked and asked her, “mama, do you know this song? carpenters?” “yes. it was in my years!” oh yeah, my mother was almost 62 years old, and i was too young to process everything. so, i took a video of myself singing this song, and she sang along too! it was a blast!! when she died, i learned all the carpenters’ songs for her, and to this day, i love the carpenters and am still learning the history of the two siblings. rip mama and karen carpenter ᨳଓ
