Here's Where the Story EndsThe Sundays listened to this song while i was a working student at but first coffee. my friend from senior high school played this song because she and her gf love this band. the line goes, "it's that little souvenir of a terrible year which makes my eyes feel sore," and i love how it describes the worst year i've ever had!!! so, every time i play this song, i always reminisce about the days when i was so broke, juggling academics just to pass my subjects and memorizing coffee measurements to become great at work! this is really where the story ends... it's progressive, and it's lovely how i live in a big apartment now and don't have to worry about my food every day, heh! ⚞^. .^⚟

SoapMelanie Martinez while listening to more of this album, this one has more meaning for me. soap is the song of regret. we all do regretful things, even crybaby too. way back in high school, i’ve regretted so many things i’ve done and said, and maybe sometimes, i blamed myself for being so stubborn and selfish because of the things i said that ended up causing fights. if you really want to undo those things, you need to wash your mouth with soap. in my case, since i don’t want to be poisoned (haha!), i wash it with clear distilled water or eat some sweet candy to fill the gaps. it may sound too poppy or like edm, but i love the meaning of the song. i can relate ꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱₊˚⊹
