when this song played when i was a kid, i loved how barry sang this song dedicated to andy (their brother who died early). he sang it with so much feeling, like he had so many emotions to express through that song. this is the first song i memorized. ever since, i have recommended this song to my friends, and sometimes, i sing it at a karaoke bar! i love bee gees, the gibb brothers <3 rip andy, maurice, and robin (◞‸◟)

“BABY WHEN I MET YOU, THERE WAS PEACE UNKNOWN!!!” my boyfriend and i love this song! it's our oldies song cover duet (^｡^) when i found out that dolly and kenny rogers had the rights to this song, i was so shocked because i first heard it in barry’s cover and then discovered the others… fun fact! the gibb brothers wrote this song for dolly parton during the time of their backlash about “disco sucks!” (T ^ T) but dolly and kenny rogers were so so good at singing the song!
