Not by any stretch a word heavy song, but that’s where it shines - “it’s not the worst I’ve looked, just the most I’ve ever cared” a lyric resonating with however you’d like to interpret it, my take on it is that it embodies those mornings where getting up feels like a chore, your bed feels like it’s swallowing you, but you get up and get along with it anyway.
