Masterpiece

The last time I had been in Marseille was with her. I went back on a solo day trip because I love the city and wanted to have some seafood. Walking through the streets somehow felt like reclaiming the city; where we had walked together I was now walking alone and I could now enjoy the place without it only being tied to memories of us. On the train back home, my music app was playing music on shuffle and I fell asleep. When I woke up this song was playing and I had it on repeat for the rest of the trip. It is a beautiful track about a love that has been. It reminded me of these evenings when it was just us two loving each other.
