Tangerine - RemasterLed Zeppelin The guitar part at 2:40 makes me want to go out west. Lord its so good I can’t take this
I Would Hate You If I CouldTurnover the song that introduced me to turnover, and still my favorite of the album and discography. such a special tune, and just recently learned that it existed before PV was released, so i guess i have this song to thank for the direction turnover took in this album. have a lot of thoughts that i’ll come back to this thread and edit, but for now just going to say that 2:48-on is what heaven sounds like to me
SoftlyClairo CLAIRO where have u been hiding this track all my life??? (okay maybe i just wasn’t looking hard enough) such an addicting song & i just love finding new favorite from an artist older album on a random tuesday
MimesisFontaines D.C. mimesis was a standout for me on the new dopamine chamber album. was almost stopped in my tracks from 2:30-end of the song during my first listen. the entire song is reminiscent of tame impala currents era/ old BORNS when songs like “let it happen” and “electric love” were first coming out. in my opinion, the energy and feeling they capture have had a hard time being emulated since. my very high praise is that i think fontaines comes pretty damn close here. super super excited about them right now and feeling very (extra) blessed to have seen them open for AM back in 23 😎
