Website and Data Access Terms

These terms apply to access and use of rhune.co by visitors, developers, and other third parties who are not using Rhune under a separately signed partner API agreement.

Last updated: 7 March 2026

Scope

By accessing or using rhune.co, you agree to these Website and Data Access Terms. If you hold an artist or curator account, the main Terms of Service also apply. If you have a signed partner API agreement with Rhune, that agreement controls for API and licensed data use to the extent of any conflict.

Permitted use

You may view publicly available pages for personal, non-commercial informational use. You may not use Rhune data for competitive intelligence harvesting, resale, republication, or training datasets unless Rhune has expressly authorised that use in writing.

No scraping or automated extraction

You must not scrape, crawl, spider, mine, or otherwise extract content or metadata from rhune.co using automated means, including bots, scripts, or headless tooling, except where Rhune provides explicit written permission. You must not attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, robots directives, or technical protections.

No unauthorized data reuse

You must not copy, republish, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative datasets from Rhune content without a separate written licence from Rhune and, where required, the relevant rights holders. This includes third-party source material surfaced on Rhune (for example Spotify metadata and Apple Music preview streams).

Commercial API access

Commercial or production use of Rhune data requires a separate partner agreement and authorised API credentials. No right to access or use a Rhune API is granted through website access alone.

Accessing or scraping public pages does not grant any licence to reuse Rhune content in products, feeds, datasets, or model training. Licensed use requires a signed partner agreement so Rhune can provide an auditable rights chain, operational support, and compliance controls.

Intellectual property and rights reservation

Rhune and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in these terms. Content rights may also be held by artists, curators, fans, and other contributors. You are responsible for obtaining any rights required for your intended use.

Enforcement and remedies

Rhune may block access, suspend technical access paths, issue legal notices, and pursue available legal remedies (including injunctive relief and damages) for breaches of these terms.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of rhune.co after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
