Premium Subscription Terms

These Premium Subscription Terms apply to paid Rhune plans. They are in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 3 March 2026

Version: 2026-03-03

Scope and order

These terms govern your paid Rhune subscription and any related custom premium page work. If there is any conflict between these terms and the general Terms of Service, these Premium Subscription Terms control for premium matters.

Subscription access only, not a purchase

Premium is a recurring subscription for hosted access and services. Your payment does not buy or transfer ownership of the website, source code, platform, design system, infrastructure, or Rhune intellectual property. Any licence to use premium implementations is limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and automatically ends when your subscription ends.

Rhune ownership and IP

Rhune owns and retains all rights in the platform, codebase, templates, workflows, feature architecture, and any custom implementation produced as part of premium delivery unless a separate written IP assignment is signed by Rhune.

Custom build and future changes

Any initial custom page setup is provided as part of your subscription service scope. Future revisions, enhancements, or net-new features are handled according to your active subscription tier and product roadmap and are never guaranteed unless confirmed by Rhune in writing.

Feature requests and priority

You may submit requests, but Rhune decides triage, scope, sequencing, and delivery timing. Estimates are best-effort and non-binding. Requests can be accepted, deferred, modified, or declined at Rhune’s sole discretion.

Ideas, feedback, and suggested features

If you submit ideas, feedback, specifications, or feature suggestions to Rhune, you agree they are non-confidential and may be used by Rhune without restriction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assign to Rhune all rights, title, and interest in those submissions and any related intellectual property that may arise from their implementation. Where assignment is not legally possible, you grant Rhune an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose without payment, attribution, or exclusivity. Implementing a requested feature does not grant you ownership of Rhune code, product features, or platform intellectual property.

Your content and licence to Rhune

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Rhune a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, back up, cache, adapt, reproduce, and display that content to operate, secure, maintain, and improve premium services.

Removal, moderation, and retention rights

Rhune may remove, restrict, or disable content or access for legal, policy, abuse, security, operational, or business reasons. Rhune may retain backups, logs, and audit records for a reasonable period to meet legal, security, and operational obligations.

Subject to applicable law, Rhune may remove or delete premium-related content at its discretion. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything you need to retain. Rhune does not guarantee export, recovery, or restoration of content after cancellation or termination.

Billing, renewals, and fees

Premium fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (usually monthly unless otherwise agreed). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You authorise Rhune and its payment providers to charge all applicable fees, taxes, and processing-related amounts.

Failed payment and chargebacks

If payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed via chargeback, Rhune may immediately suspend or remove premium access until the matter is resolved. Rhune may recover unpaid amounts and related costs where legally permitted.

Cancellation and end of subscription

You may cancel according to your billing settings. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. When your premium subscription ends, Rhune may unpublish or disable your premium page, premium features, and premium support entitlements. After termination or cancellation, you have no right to copy, extract, clone, reuse, or recreate Rhune code, design systems, templates, workflows, or other platform intellectual property.

Service withdrawal and discretionary termination

Rhune may suspend, limit, discontinue, or permanently withdraw premium services (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without cause, including for legal, security, operational, or strategic business reasons. Where reasonably practicable, Rhune will give notice, but immediate action may be taken when required.

No service level commitment

Unless expressly agreed in writing, premium does not include a guaranteed SLA, guaranteed uptime, guaranteed response time, or guaranteed implementation timeline.

Third-party dependencies

Some premium functionality depends on third-party services and APIs (including payment and music metadata providers). Rhune is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data issues caused by those third parties.

Disclaimers

Premium services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhune disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhune is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost revenue, lost opportunities, loss of data, or reputational harm. Rhune’s aggregate liability for premium claims is limited to the amount paid by you for premium in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Rhune harmless against claims, losses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of premium services, or your breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

Rhune may update these Premium Subscription Terms at any time. The latest version is posted at /terms/premium. Your continued use of premium services after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Audit trail of acceptance

Rhune may keep a record of terms acceptance events, including the accepted version, timestamp, account ID, and relevant request metadata, to evidence agreement and support compliance.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where Rhune seeks urgent injunctive relief elsewhere.
